5a. Regina Drawing and Painting – Friday 10th of July

Hello everybody,

If you have gotten this far with us, a huge congratulations and thank you for participating. Today there are two drawing and painting videos by Regina and Sheleen is finishing off her clown hat with painting and glueing of coloured paper. I would hugely appreciate if you could send me some pictures of your children with their projects, their full names and ages. With permission, I would love to use these photos to send to the local newspapers, for my website and my Arty Crafty facebook page. My email is glynnregina33@gmail.com. We have had great fun creating the Online Arty Crafty classes and we hope you have all enjoyed it. We look forward to getting back into the art room next year with a new and exciting theme. Regina’s Lion Drawing and Painting

What you Need: Pencil, Rubber, Paint, Jar of water, Cloth, Paintbrush, Marker


4. Regina Weaving, Thursday 9th of July

 

Regina’s Weaving

 What you Need: Hula Hoop (If you don’t have a hula hoop, you can glue two kellogs cornflakes boxes together the night before and cut it out in a large circular shape, shown at the beginning of the video), Pencil, Scissors, Old t-shirts (at least 3 colours)


3. Regina Clown and Dicky Bow Wednesday 8th of July

Regina’s Dicky Bow and Clown (Day 3 of 3 day project)

 You will need help from an adult or grown up today or an extra pair of hands).

What you Need: A3 sheet of paper, Paint (Acrylic/ Normal paint), Paintbrush, Coloured paper, Small circular item that can give you a circle shape, PVA glue, Glue brush (Old paint brush), Old toothbrush, Old t-shirt, Stapler, Scissors.


2. Regina Clown Colour Tuesday 7th of July – Paint/Papier Mâché (Day 2 of 3 day project)

 

You will be choosing to paint your Clown face or to papier mâché it. Both techniques will be shown in the video.

If you are painting it you will need: Paint, Paintbrush, Jar of water, Cloth.

If you are doing paper maché, you will need: Coloured paper (Coloured paper from a magazine will suffice), PVA glue, Glue brush

We will be preparing the hair also to glue on tomorrow. There are two types of hair that can be made. Hair using wadding from the inside of a toy or using knitting wool.

Option one for hair: knitting wool, scissors and different rectangular shapes of cereal box cardboard

Option two for hair: Wadding from the inside of a toy, paint, jar of water.
